If you ever want a perfect train trip, take the ten-day Orient Express trip from London to Istanbul. When the train travelled through the English Channel into the French border, it was the stunning countryside. Gazing outside the window at the blurry trees, I could see different shades of green and brown passing me at light speed. After the third stop, Paris, following by fourteen remaining, we ventured into the scenic regions of the journey surrounded by mountains and lakes, especially between Austria and Hungary. I thought, what would it feel to be outside? Perhaps, my hair would blow back like noodles and strong gusts of wind would sting my face.

After retracting my head from the glass pane, I took a moment to gaze at the beauty that I was in. The polished, shiny lights were creamy white colour; the tables around me were all decorated with white lilies and fine bone china plates with golden cutlery. The beautiful, blood red carpet felt as smooth as a puppy's coat. How much better could this be?

Wafting to my nose, a fragrant aroma filled me with joy - it emitted from a grand caramel dessert with golden syrup dripping from its edges. The warm brownie with chocolate ice-cream also made me dribble from my mouth. I could taste the divine food from a few metres away! It was truly heart warming. Another trolley of food was cascading down the path and it contained sumptuous, salty nuts with a light peach tone and everything that you could ever dream of.

After recollecting my mind from the perfect meals, I take a tour in the carriages for the marvellous facilities, such as my very own bedroom. The purple lights from the wall panels behind my bed changed its theme constantly. The lovely yellow pillow and snow white covers made me feel sleepy. The cosy bouncy sofa with two soft pillows made my jaw drop. It even had Alexa on it! The study desk was made with the finest wood with a special texture! A tiny room built-in was the shower; warm shower made me feel like home. The semicircle wash basin was featured with grand light fittings, a perfect blue marble table top and a huge mirror!

Finally, a flight of stairs within steps led you to the buffet restaurant which served almost anything that popped into your mind. However, the only downside to this train was that the windows could be opened. Luckily, there was the ventilation system blowing out flower scented fresh air. I would recommend any person to visit Orient Express. It is one of the best trip ever!
