Peter Pan, The Musical at The Townsgate Theatre

Writer's picture: Doge ChildDoge Child

Last week, I went to Towngate theatre and watched Peter Pan—it was hilarious and contained many funny parts. When I collapsed into my seat with laughter, I felt a warm air up my spine as if I was sleeping on a heater.

During the show, several actors flew around the auditorium with almost-invisible wire strapped behind them— it looked as if they were about to fall on us! One of the audience, whose name was Shaun, got selected to be the funniest actor’s horn honker; the actor even selected a boy to fly with them! The actor’s main speech was, “Is the coast clear everyone?”

At the end of the marvelous show, a confetti cannon burst out of tons of confetti at the audience (the aroma of the strong smoke gave me a shiver of delight). Overall, the show was an excellent experience, and I would advise you to enter the wonderous world of Peter Pan.
